Required Order and Payment Information

Retail orders may be placed online, via email or by telephone inquiry.

Customers must communicate any special requests including gift wrapping, etc. prior to order confirmation.

Orders must be confirmed with a reference number via email. Payment must be made within twenty-four (24) hours of order confirmation through PayPal or at the time of telephone order to avoid order cancellation.

Each Member of the Splendid Tea Circle with a pre-arranged monthly tea subscription must have a current MasterCard or Visa card on file to expedite monthly tea shipments. Member is responsible to ensure that personal information contained in the application form such as but not limited to custom tea selection(s), bill to address, ship to address, credit card information, preferred method of shipping, etc. is current at all times. Changes in credit card information must be provided through telephone or fax communications only for security protection.

Shipping and Other Charges

Total shipping charges are calculated based upon weight, shipping packaging, destination and shipping method. All orders are FOB Shipping Point.

All domestic orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. Delivery usually takes two to ten (2-10) business days and is based upon delivery destination.

All international orders are shipped through USPS Global Express with an international tracking number. Any customs, taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the receiving party. Delivery varies from three to ten (3-10) business days and is based upon the delivery destination and customs processing timetable.

Product Care

Each order from Splendid Tea is carefully packaged to minimize product damage and to ensure your order arrives in ideal condition.

We recommend that the tea product stays within the original packaging or within an airtight container to preserve freshness and stored in a dry place.

Return Policy

Customer must contact our office to report any discrepancy in quantity or product in a timely manner for immediate resolution. A valid Return Material Authorization Number is required for all returns with the original invoice. All orders are returned at the expense of the buyer. Returned shipments received without a referenced valid Return Material Authorization Number as well as proper documentation WILL NOT be processed or refunded. Plus, the shipment WILL NOT be returned to the shipper and will be discarded without advance notice.

Splendid Tea will not issue a refund for any product that has been opened and/or used.

Warranty or Guarantee

All contents and tea products are offered on an "as is" basis without any warranty whatsoever either expressed or implied.

Splendid Tea does not guarantee that the functions contained in the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that this website or its server will be free of viruses or other harmful components or that issues and defects will be identified and/or corrected.

Splendid Tea reserves the right without notice to discontinue or change specifications on products and services offered on this website without incurring any obligations.
